Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by providing clerical, organizational, and inventory support to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and data entry

  • Maintain filing systems and office records

  • Monitor and track inventory levels

  • Order supplies and maintain inventory records

  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred

  • Experience working with dual monitors

  • Inventory tracking or inventory management experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
