Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by providing clerical, organizational, and inventory support to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Prepare reports, correspondence, and data entry

Maintain filing systems and office records
-
Monitor and track inventory levels
-
Order supplies and maintain inventory records

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
1–2 years of administrative experience preferred
-
Experience working with dual monitors
-
Inventory tracking or inventory management experience
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
