Job Full Description
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an organized and reliable Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to support daily operations by coordinating service technicians and managing incoming service requests.
Responsibilities:

Dispatch and schedule technicians for service calls

Coordinate daily routes and job assignments

Communicate with customers and technicians via phone and computer systems

Utilize ServiceTitan to schedule, track, and manage service appointments
-
Maintain accurate job scheduling and technician availability

Provide general administrative and customer service support
Qualifications:
-
Experience with dispatching or scheduling technicians preferred

Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus

Comfortable using computers, phones, and scheduling software

Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
