Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial or mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building client relationships, managing project timelines, and ensuring projects stay on budget and meet quality standards.
What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain client relationships, converting leads into signed projects

Prepare estimates, take-offs, and bids for negotiated and hard-bid projects

Oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, and budgeting

Manage projects from mobilization through closeout

Coordinate labor, subcontractors, procurement, and field operations alongside another PM

Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
What We’re Looking For

7+ years of project management experience in mechanical or commercial construction

Strong experience with estimating and pre-construction planning
-
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software
