HVAC Service Technician
Schedule: Monday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (scheduled shifts)
We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician with strong diagnostic skills and excellent customer service. This role involves servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems while ensuring customers receive professional and efficient service.
What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on residential systems

Install 1–2 HVAC units per day (typically 4–5 hours per install)

Complete 8–10 service stops per day

Install and configure smart thermostats

Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent customer service

Document service calls using Pazer software
What We’re Looking For
-
Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience (service or maintenance)

Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems

Good communication and customer service skills
-
Experience with hand and power tools used in HVAC work
