Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and provide excellent support to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude on every call
- Follow company procedures and service standards
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining professionalism
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems efficiently
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Bilingual is a plus (if applicable)
