MIG Welder (2+ Years Experience) – Cave Creek, AZ
Location: Cave Creek, Arizona

Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and durability
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred:
- Experience with fabrication or additional welding techniques
- AWS certification (a plus, not required)
