Quality Control Inspector – Cabinet Manufacturing
Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour – Opportunities for Quick Pay Increases!
Schedule: Typically Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing candidates for a Quality Control Inspector position with a locally owned cabinet manufacturer in Hot Springs!

What You'll Do
- Inspect cabinet doors and other finished products for quality
- Identify defects, imperfections, and areas that need correction
- Ensure products meet quality standards before being shipped
- Use hand tools such as:
- Random orbital sanders
- Hammers and nail sets
- Putty knives
- Make minor corrections and touch-ups as needed
- Follow instructions and established quality procedures
- Work closely with team members to maintain production and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous quality control experience preferred, especially in woodworking or manufacturing
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify small defects or imperfections
- Good vision for inspecting fine details
- Ability to follow directions and quality standards
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Cooperative, positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working around loud machinery, dust, and moderately warm or cool temperatures
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools and sanders
Schedule & Environment
The schedule is normally Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 AM–4:30 PM, but hours may fluctuate depending on production and order volume.
This position is performed in a manufacturing environment with loud machinery and dust, so candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions.
