Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is interviewing applicants with previous Heavy Equipment operation experience. We currently have an opening for a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator with a family owned excavating company based out of Donaldson, AR. Starting pay ranges between $15/hour, but could increase after an evaluation period.
Responsibilities include: Working with bulldozers, loaders, excavators, and backhoes. Must be mechanically inclined and have knowledge of some heavy equipment already. Will also assist in general labor outside of heavy equipment (i.e. trench work, shoveling, jackhammer, etc...) as needed. Pre-employment and random drug testing required. Candidates to be considered MUST have a current Valid Driver’s License and able to provide a copy of a CURRENT driving record at interview, be able to lift at least 80 pounds and be able to pass a company paid DOT physical exam, and have good interpersonal skills and professional manner, as this position will interact daily with customers. Monday – Saturday, 6:30AM-4PM (with occasional overtime paid at time and half for over 40 hours).
