Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for a Building Maintenance Technician in the Hot Springs Village area ! The pay starts out at $14.00/hr and the schedule is Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. The key responsibilities of this position include: Maintenance and upkeep work on various buildings and properties in Hot Springs Village.
Duties will include:
- lawn care maintenance, and general upkeep of grounds and facility.
- Operating equipment including: mowers, weed eater, trimmers, and edgers. Also, hand/power tools, and saws.
- Candidates that qualify MUST be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Applicants should be able to lift up to 50lbs.repetitively, and spend extended periods standing, walking, kneeling, bending, etc..
- Could be mowing, pressure washing, painting, addressing basic carpentry, plumbing or electrical, as well as working with sheetrock/drywall.
This job also includes driving company vehicles on occasion. Driving record must be provided to be considered for this role.
