Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for a full-time Warehouse Operative position with a local company in Hot Springs! The pay starts out at $17.34/hr, and the schedule is Monday – Friday
1st – 5:30am to 2:00pm
2nd – 1:30pm to 10:00pm ($1.00 shift differential)
3rd – 9:30pm to 6:00am ($2.00 Shift differential)
Warehouse Operative key Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring warehouse movement is conducted according to site SOP while meeting inbound/outbound timelines
- Accurate recording of all material movement using RF scanning tools
- Participating in inventory audit activities (i.e. cycle counts and discards)
- Continuously work to improve warehouse, shipping and receiving processes
- Support customer driven timelines for order fulfilment
- Driving Forklift
Warehouse Operative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass written forklift exam and certification
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
