Location: Hot Springs, AR
Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (with occasional on-call shifts and one Saturday every other month)

Are you a maintenance maestro with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Our food seasoning company in Hot Springs is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. If you love solving problems and making things work, this is the job for you!
What You'll Do:
- Fix It Fast: Respond to equipment breakdowns and prioritize repairs.
- Plan Like a Pro: Schedule maintenance in SAP, order parts, and manage work schedules.
- Keep It Running: Perform preventative, predictive, and diagnostic maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Document Everything: Develop and document maintenance plans, including work descriptions, required parts/tools, and schedules.
- Project Power: Execute project work and functional improvements using a structured 9-step process.
- Follow Up: Ensure quality and proper documentation on all work orders.
- Troubleshoot: Use internal and external resources to solve machine problems.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous maintenance experience with at least 2 years in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, mechanical, or electrical work.
- Skills: Experience with ERP systems like SAP, electrical troubleshooting (110-, 280-, and 480-volt systems), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, squatting, and carrying.
