Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leading projects to success? Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from start to finish. What You'll Do:
- Lead Teams: Provide direction, support, and scheduling to achieve project objectives.
- Manage Projects: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including strategic planning, estimating, production, payment management, coordination, and communication.
- Facilitate Meetings: Gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals with owners, engineers, suppliers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Enhance Productivity: Implement effective project management methodologies.
- Utilize Tools: Track progress and manage resources using Adobe, Stack, ExakTime, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
- Data Analysis: Conduct analysis to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate: Work with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Model Processes: Identify areas for improvement and streamline operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager or similar leadership role in the municipal/private water/sewer pipeline construction industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, mathematics, and project implementation skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with business process modeling and underground heavy civil construction.
- Communication: Excellent skills in requirements gathering, meeting facilitation, and data analysis.
