🛠️ Production Worker – 1st Shift (Early start time)
📍 Location: Arkadelphia, AR
💵 Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
🕓 Shift: 1st Shift | 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM + mandatory overtime, weekends & holidays as needed

Express Employment is hiring Production Workers for our clients Arkadelphia, AR facility to support our container reconditioning operations. This is a hands-on role involving equipment operation, physical labor, and quality inspection of 55-gallon drums.
🔧 What You’ll Do

Operate assigned machinery or equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Load/unload raw or finished 55-gallon drums
-
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area
-
Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE
-
Assist in general maintenance and housekeeping

Take direction and perform tasks as assigned by supervisors
✅ What We’re Looking For

Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
-
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
-
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to stand continuously and perform frequent physical tasks (bending, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling, twisting)

Ability to occasionally climb and balance

Must pass a pre-placement background check
