Product Packer – Rubber Band Manufacturing
Pay: $12.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Position: Full-Time
Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing candidates for a full-time Product Packer position with a local rubber band manufacturing company in Hot Springs!
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
- Package finished rubber bands as they come off the assembly line
- Fill and prepare boxes with finished products
- Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain accurate and consistent packaging
- Follow production and safety procedures
- Keep the work area clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand dexterity and coordination
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. preferred
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
