Pay: $15 per hour
A well-established manufacturer in Hot Springs is seeking a dependable and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a CSR who is:

Strong in customer service and communication
-
Able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment

Comfortable using CRM software, multi-line phone systems, and standard office equipment

Articulate in both written and verbal communication
-
Detail-oriented, especially with customer records
-
knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Responsibilities:
-
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to book services, promotions, tune-ups, SEA visits, ICFs, and more
-
Will be speaking with customers directly. Taking orders, looking up inventory, etc. Entering part order information for customers.

Maintain detailed notes and records of all customer communication within the CRM
-
Respond to service inquiries from the website, Google, and answering service

Provide general office support as needed, including filing, registering equipment, and creating Red Books
