Job Full Description
Job Duties:
- Light maintenance work
- Paint touch up
- Base board repairs
- Minor parts replacement and cleaning appliances. If they are noticeably not working correctly will notify management to get it replaced
Requirements:
- Good painting skills and technique - residential
- Experience with dry wall, spackling, caulking, and small hole touch ups
