Job Full Description
Job Duties:
- Maintenance work
- Repairing and maintaining plumbing issues
- Replacing light fixtures
- Repairing drywall
- Painting
- Any other assigned duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to lift, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb, stand, walk, push, pull, reach, etc. for periods on time
Work Schedule: 7am to 7pm
