Job Full Description
Job Duties:
- Data Entry: Input & update data from various sources into computer systems & databases, ensuring accuracy & completeness
- Verification: Review & verify data for errors or discrepancies, correcting issues as necessary.
- Record Management: Organize & maintain files to ensure easy retrieval and efficient data management.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to gather information & support data-related inquiries on projects.
- Reporting: Generate reports & summaries based on raw data provided.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to privacy policies and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry or related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel
- Strong focus on accuracy & the ability to spot errors in data
- Proficient touch typing skills with high level of speed and accuracy
- Good interpersonal & communication skills to collaborate effectively
*** This is a part time and temporary position. Will work 20-25 hours weekly and assignment will end around the end of the year
