Job Full Description
Job Duties:
- Use provided technology and software tools (training included)
- Complete website conversions from one platform to another following established processes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Follow detailed instructions and standardized workflows
- Track and report progress toward daily and weekly goals
- Communicate issues or questions promptly to ensure smooth project completion
Requirements:
- Must be somewhat tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Able to sit and work on multiple computer screens for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay focused and work independently
- Dependable, self-motivated, and responsible
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working toward deadlines and productivity goals
- Would like someone who has an interest in digital marketing, websites, or technology
- Prior experience with content management systems (CMS) or website tools preferred
- Experience with data entry, QA, or process-driven work
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
- This project is projected to last about 6 months or longer but for the right person, this position can become full time with the company
