Job Full Description
Job Duties:
- Billing out trucks and rail cars and entering data into ERP and WCS
- Maintain production logs
- Work in shipping area
- Assist and perform duties assigned by production manager
- Manage, maintain, track, and organize inventory to ensure availability of stock required for production needs
- Identify supply needs and coordinate with the inventory purchasing clerk for procurement of materials and supplies from vendors
- Assist in determining the timing of deliveries
- Record and assess material quantity, quality, and movement to verify incoming and stored inventory meets company standards
- Responsible for plant safety by overseeing persons entering your work area, asking if you can assist them, and reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor
- Attend training as required
- Loading bags into trucks and box cars daily
- Proper completion of paperwork
- Restack pallets
- Sanitation of warehouse area
- Completion of cleaning schedules
- Driving forklifts
Job Duties:
- Experience driving a forklift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to lift, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, walk, stand, stoop for periods of time
- Able to use computers and computer systems
- Experience with safety and inventory
Work Schedule: 11am to 7pm Monday - Friday
