Job Full Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for engraving products for customers
- Interact directly with customers on orders, quality, shipping, and inventory
- Directly support the customer through processing online orders, preparing production, and shipping summaries
- Trouble shoot product or order issues
- Use computer systems - Microsoft Excel and Outlook and Google Sheets
Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Outlook and Google Sheets
- Experience using of laser engraver or other computer-based craft equipment preferred
- Able and willing to learn new software systems to operate the engraver, enter sales orders, job orders, shipments, etc.
- Organized
- Able to multi task and manage several jobs at once
- Attentive to details and check quality - alignment, spelling, color, inventory, etc.
- Positive attitude and customer focused
- Able to deliver production expectations with minimal supervision
Work Schedule: 6am to 2:30pm Monday - Friday with Overtime as needed
Will train prior and can train from 7:30am to 4pm if needed but then once trained will go to the regular 6am-2:30pm shift
Pay starts at $15 hourly but will get a $1 raise and go to $16 after training is complete
