Job Full Description
Job Duties:
- Answering phones
- Using Quickbooks to compile reports and data
- Follow up with customers
- Use programs such as Chat GPT, Google Earth, QuickBooks, Excel
- File papers
- Occasional travel in town as needed for things like bank deposits
- Customer service
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge using QuickBooks as that is they primary program used
- Able to use Chat GPT and Google Earth
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Must have valid DL and reliable transportation drive in town if needed
- Must be able to work independently
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
