Job Full Description
Job Duties:
- Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
- Recommend complementary products through consultive upselling
- Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately
- Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate customer pickups, deliveries, and shipping requests
- Pick and pack customer orders as needed
- Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup
- Make sure orders are processed accurately with minimal errors and customer times are minimized
- Answer multi-phone lines
- Use bar scanner
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of retail sales, counter sales, customer service, or inside sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience using a POS system and computers and inventory software
- Able to answer multi-phone line
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Able to frequently stand and walk throughout the workday
- Must have a sales attitude with the ability to identify upselling opportunities
- Must have a positive "can do" attitude
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to lift, bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb, push and pull merchandise or carts as needed
Work Schedule: 7:30am to 5pm Monday - Friday
