Job Duties:
- Schedule and dispatch technician routes
- Handle service calls and last minute changes
- Communicate schedule updates across departments
- Complete efficient and accurate scheduling
- Have timely communication
- Adjust schedules quickly while maintaining service and organization
- Use computers and computer programs
- Answer phone
- Customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Strong communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, logistics, call center
- Able to use computers, telephone, scheduling/dispatch software, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
- Able to sit and work on computer for extended periods of time
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
