Part-Time Administrative Support (Temp-to-Hire)
The Goal: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to provide essential administrative and event support. This is a dynamic, onsite role that balances routine office tasks with special projects and evening event assistance.
The Details

Schedule: 3 shifts per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to start).

Hours: Includes some evening support for events.

Status: Temp-to-Hire.

What You’ll Do

Administrative Support: Handle basic office duties, including answering phones and physical/electronic filing.

Event Coordination: Provide onsite support for evening events.

Project Assistance: Work on small projects with clear direction while maintaining a semi-independent workflow.

Digital Organization: Use Microsoft Outlook confidently to manage communications and scheduling.
Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Prior clerical or administrative experience required
