A U.S. Navy veteran, Paul has spent his career leading teams, solving complex challenges, and ensuring critical missions succeed. He sees Express as an extension of that same service mindset—bringing businesses and job seekers together to create win-win solutions that help the entire community thrive.
Since opening Express Monterey County, Paul and his team have placed hundreds of associates, maintaining a success rate over 95% while serving more than 300 clients. “What’s most rewarding,” Paul shares, “is seeing individuals find stability and growth in their careers, and knowing we’re helping local businesses succeed at the same time.”
