Materials Manager, Red Bluff, CA.
Direct Hire position!
Pay starts at $80,000/year with benefits!
Responsibilities of Materials Manager:
- Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment.

Lead inventory control activities across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and MRO inventory to maintain accuracy and availability.
- Perform and supervise SAP transactions related to inventory, materials movement, and warehouse functions.

Manage MRO inventory processes, including accuracy, replenishment, and stockroom oversight.
- Oversee mobile equipment inventory, usage, and maintenance coordination.

Maintain organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and dock environments.
Requirements of Materials Manager:

Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or materials management

Prior leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead diverse teams

SAP experience preferred
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Schedule is Monday-Friday day shift
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
