Responsibilities of Front Office Coordinator:
- Assist in screening applicants
- Administering testing and evaluations
- Answering multi-line phones
- Customer service
- Data entry
- Filing
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements of Front Office Coordinator:
- Strong customer service skills
- Accurate and strong data entry skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is very helpful!
- Handle multiple tasks at once

- Full-time, day shift position working Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm
