Welder- Red Bluff CA.
Pay starts $18.00/hr+ DOE.
Responsibilities of the Welder Trainee:
- MIG welding
- Prepare materials and work surfaces for welding
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded parts
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and verbal instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Participate in training sessions and skill development activities
Requirements of the Welder Trainee:
- MIG welding experience
- Previous shop or mechanical experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
