Production Manager in Orland, CA.
Direct Hire position starting at $25.00-$40.00/hr DOE.

Responsibilities of the Production Manager:
- Lead daily production operations, staffing, and workflow to meet production goals
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop production team members.
- Monitor yields, efficiencies, downtime, and product quality.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP, and safety programs.
- Partner with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements
- Complete production reporting and communicate shift performance
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance management
Requirements of the Production Manager:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in food processing or manufacturing
- Tree nut, almond, walnut, or agricultural processing experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of processing equipment, production metrics, and quality standards.
- Experience with HACCP, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
- Computer proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak production periods
- Schedule is Full-time, day shift
