Customer Service Representative, Red Bluff CA:
Pay starts at $20.00/hr!
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep.:
- Answer customer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with starting, stopping, or making changes to their service
- Process payments and update customer account information
- Create work requests and coordinate service needs with field staff
- Respond to customer concerns and assist with billing questions
- Maintain accurate records and customer information
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support every day
Requirements of the Customer Service Rep.:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Temporary position to start
