Express Employment Professionals, a leader in staffing in the north state, is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our client's team in Red Bluff, CA.
*Monday thru Friday, Day shift!
*Pay starts at $20.50-$26.65 per hour!
Responsibilities of Facilities Maintenance Technician:
- Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled activities in the maintenance and repair work of assigned facilities.
- Perform carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools and equipment such as drills, saws, pressed and grinders.
- Maintain various records related to safety, expenses, work orders, project status and assigned activities
Requirements of Facilities Maintenance Technician:
- 2-3 years of facility maintenance
- Must have valid California Driver’s License with minimum 3 year driving history
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be able to pass CPR and First Aid Course
