Job Full Description
Immediate job opening available with respected Watsonville company! As their Front Office Assistant you will provide outstanding customer service to callers and visitors, you will support internal staff with administrative projects, as well as independently manage tasks related to the organization of common areas, preparing meeting rooms, pick up items from the post office, etc.
Skills, Experience & Abilities Needed:
- Excellent customer service, listening & memory skills
- Greeting, announcing, assisting visitors
- Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate branch or team member
- Receiving incoming mail and deliveries
- Post office runs and mail distribution
- Coordinating with equipment service vendors for maintenance and repair issues
- Maintaining, organizing, light cleaning and restock of common office areas
- Filing, shredding, archiving according to document retention guidelines
- MS Office Suite experience / knowledge
- Lifting up to 25 lbs
- Must have a clean driving record
