Seeking a highly customer service oriented person to work as a bilingual leasing and resident relations pro in Santa Cruz.
The Job:
- Showing open apartments to prospective residents
- Following up on leads / closing leases
- Building strong resident relationships
- Coordinating resident events
- Fostering a warm, energetic, community
- Bilingual English / Spanish resident communication
The ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in English / Spanish
- High energy, outgoing, social, talkative
- Natural sales friendly mindset
- Organized, detail oriented
- Computer basics (Google Suite)
- Resides in Santa Cruz County and knows what makes our area special
