Job Title: Bilingual Business Development Specialist
Location: Moorpark,Ca
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
About the Role:
We are currently hiring a Bilingual Business Development Specialist to help drive outreach and product engagement efforts for our client in the healthcare technology space. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovative medical technologies, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to support business growth initiatives across new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify target audiences for new products

Collaborate with sales and management to develop and execute outreach strategies

Contact leads via email and phone to schedule demos and generate new business

Support sales efforts for both new leads and existing accounts

Coordinate product training with the Customer Service team for clients and end-users

Assist with business development for remote patient monitoring and chronic disease programs
Requirements:

Bilingual (English + [Specify Language])

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-
2–3 years of product marketing or business development experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry a plus

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
