Job Full Description
Title: Embroidery Machine Operator
Location: Gardena, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00/hours
Schedule : 8:00am - 5:00pm ( Monday - Friday )
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join a growing production team in Gardena. This is a hands-on role operating new embroidery machines, where you’ll be responsible for loading designs via chip and ensuring quality throughout the production process. Hooping is a critical part of this role, so prior experience or strong skills in that area are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate computerized embroidery machines to complete assigned orders
• Upload design files using chip technology
• Hoop garments and materials accurately to align with design requirements
• Monitor machines during production runs and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment, including threading and tension adjustment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Communicate with team members to ensure production goals are met
Requirements:
• Experience with embroidery machines preferred
• Strong hooping technique and garment placement accuracy
• Basic troubleshooting and machine operation knowledge
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting
