Part-Time Production Team Member
📍 Location: Gardena, CA 90247
💼 Job Type: Part-Time (3 days/week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
💰 Pay: $18.00/hour
Position Summary
We’re seeking an energetic, hands-on Production Team Member to join our growing team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a physically active, team-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality apparel through embroidery and heat press customization.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate embroidery and heat press machines based on job specifications
• Prepare garments (hooping, threading, trimming, gluing, and finishing)
• Apply designs accurately and consistently
• Use software to manage and track job orders
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Pack, fold, bag, label, and prepare items for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
• Stand for extended periods and support the team as needed
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of embroidery or sewing experience preferred
• 1+ year of heat press experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow job orders in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using machinery in a fast-paced setting
• Able to lift 40 lbs and remain on your feet during shifts

Schedule
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Additional days may be added based on workload; Esme will provide updates as needed
