Quality Manufacturing Inspector

  We are seeking a diligent and technically proficient Quality Manufacturing Inspector to ensure product excellence and compliance across our production lines.

 Key Responsibilities

 • Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications via visual, measurement, and electronic testing (calipers, gauges, CMM) .

 • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to guide inspection protocols .

 • Record inspection data, track defects/non-conformances, and report trends or feedback to production or QA teams .

 • Approve or reject materials/products; communicate issues and collaborate on corrective actions .

 • Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment; ensure measurement accuracy and tool upkeep .

 • Monitor production stations to detect defects early and recommend process improvements .

• Support internal and external audits, and help develop quality control procedures and documentation

  

Required Skills & Competencies

 

• Proven experience in manufacturing quality inspection or a related field .

 • Strong eye for detail, reliable, and results-driven .

 • Proficient in quality control methodologies (ISO 9001, GMP, first article inspections) .

 • Skilled in reading blueprints and technical specifications .

 • Familiarity with MS Office and quality management software; ability to document and analyze inspection data .

 • Excellent communication skills; able to liaise with production and QA teams effectively .

 

 

Ideal Candidate Will

 • Have at least a high school diploma (associate’s or certification preferred).

 • Possess hands-on experience with inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, CMM machines, or optical systems .

 • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to continuous quality improvement .

 • Be capable of working under tight deadlines in a dynamic production environment .
