Job Full Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform cycle counts on materials using the “ABC” grouping system under Inventory Control Manager oversight.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reports.
• Assist in identifying root causes for discrepancies and implement corrective measures to reduce repetitive errors.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, and Engineering teams.
• Support Warehouse Pullers in locating materials.
• Update dimensions and weights of all materials in the company database.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely—order picker, forklifts, etc.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and report any unsafe or unprofessional behavior.
• Perform any additional tasks or projects assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or inventory control experience (3 years preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities: squatting, standing, walking, reaching.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment and independently.
• Basic PC skills (e.g., entering data, updating records).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
• Able to follow procedures, best practices, and maintain professional conduct at all times.
