Exciting Opportunity: Travel Coordinator

 

Are you highly organized with a passion for planning and logistics? We are seeking a Travel Coordinator to support our franchise team by managing all aspects of domestic and international travel. In this critical, in-office role, you’ll ensure that travel arrangements for franchisees are seamless, cost-effective, and aligned with company policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation

• Communicate travel itineraries clearly and in a timely manner to all travelers

• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines

• Monitor travel logistics and provide real-time support to resolve issues or last-minute changes

• Maintain accurate travel records, confirmations, and invoices for reporting and reconciliation

• Work closely with internal departments and franchisees to anticipate and meet travel needs

 

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3–5 years of administrative experience, including direct responsibility for travel coordination

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information

• Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
