Job Full Description
Position Summary
The Encapsulator supports the operation of the Coating Lines by following cGMP standards, training new staff, and assisting supervisors with workflow coordination and other tasks. This role requires attention to detail and experience in dietary supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Responsibilities

Operate and monitor coating equipment to ensure quality production

Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Train and guide new production team members

Assist supervisors with workflow and daily tasks
Qualifications
-
2–3 years manufacturing experience in dietary supplements or pharmaceuticals preferred

Knowledge of cGMP and manufacturing operations required

Strong communication and training skills
Physical Requirements

Stand/walk 75–100% of the day (6–8 hours)

Lift up to 50 lbs
-
Sit up to 10% of the day (up to 1 hour)

Bend/maneuver approximately 30% of the day
