Job Title: Label Machine Support Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20–$22 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Summary
This position supports the sushi labeling system (label machine) by providing technical assistance, customer service, and equipment coordination to franchisees, their chefs, and field personnel. The role combines daily routine administrative tasks with hands-on communication and troubleshooting, serving as a direct point of contact for users and internal staff.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls from franchisees, chefs, and field personnel regarding label machine issues.
• Provide over-the-phone troubleshooting and technical support for label machines.
• Submit requests for equipment replacements (printers, tablets, Bluetooth devices) to warranty service providers.
• Process parts replacement requests and coordinate shipment (e.g., cables, power supplies).
• Maintain and update service warranty files, including activations, renewals, and current statuses.
• Input franchisee information into the tablet system program.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering of spare parts (scanner cables, power supplies, printers).
• Support the processing of invoices related to label machine services.
• Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfort with data software.
• Excellent customer service, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Burmese required.
• Availability to work weekends preferred.
