Job Title: HR Generalist I
Location, Carson, California 

Assignment Duration: 9/8/2025 – 3/7/2026
Shift: 1st (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Overtime may be required (5–10 hours/week)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist I to support our HR department in a fast-paced aerospace/manufacturing environment. This temporary assignment is open due to a department departure, and the hiring manager is looking to interview candidates as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HR experience, a strong background in recruiting hourly employees, employee relations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management.

  • Partner with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management teams on various HR processes.

  • Continuously improve HR practices and processes using HRIS and other systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Assist leadership in developing, documenting, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to foster an engaged workforce and support business improvement initiatives.

  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, employee restructuring, and succession planning.

  • Act as a change agent to support business priorities and build high-performing teams.

  • Assist with Global Mobility initiatives for the corporate population.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.

  • 1–3 years of HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

  • Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience highly desired.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work onsite in Carson, CA.

  • Employee must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; verification of employment eligibility required.

  • Visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Must be able to lawfully obtain access to export-controlled items.
