Job Full Description
We are looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our apparel production team in Carson, CA . In this role, you will operate commercial embroidery machines to create high-quality custom designs, logos, and patterns on garments. You’ll play a key part in ensuring each product meets our quality standards and customer specifications.
What You’ll Do:

Operate embroidery machines to stitch designs, logos, and patterns onto garments.

Review and follow design specifications, patterns, and work orders.

Select and match thread colors, fabrics, and stabilizers for each project.

Hoop and stabilize garments to ensure precise and consistent embroidery placement.

Monitor machines during operation; troubleshoot thread breaks or stitching issues.

Perform routine machine maintenance (threading, oiling, cleaning).

Trim threads, remove backing/stabilizers, and prepare garments for finishing.

Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Organize, package, and label completed items according to customer or job requirements.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience operating commercial embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, Brother, or similar).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to read and understand embroidery design files and work orders.

Basic mechanical skills for setup, threading, and maintenance.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
