Job Full Description
The Clothing Heat Press Operator is responsible for operating heat press machinery to apply logos, graphics, numbers, and designs onto garments and other textile products. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and quality control to ensure finished products meet customer and company standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate heat press machines to transfer designs onto clothing and fabric materials.

Read and follow job orders, ensuring accuracy in design placement, size, and color.

Prepare garments and heat transfer materials before production.

Monitor and adjust machine settings for temperature, pressure, and time.

Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Report any machine malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.

Follow all safety and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in garment production, screen printing, or heat press operation preferred but not required (training may be provided).

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Manual dexterity to handle garments and operate machinery.
