Job Title: Chair Assembler – Temporary to Permanent
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: $17.87/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime possible; occasional Saturdays as needed)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chair Assembler to join our production team. This temporary-to-permanent role is ideal for someone with prior assembly experience who is motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Assemble chairs and related products according to blueprints and written instructions.

Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Operate in a production environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.

Report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a production environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Computer literate with basic skills to track or input production data.

Ability to read blueprints and assembly instructions accurately.

Experience using hand tools.

Responsible, reliable, dependable, and trainable.

Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
