Job Title: Customer Care Representative 

Location: Anahiem 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19–$22 per hour

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our Anaheim, CA team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate has administrative experience, strong data entry skills, and is familiar with EDI order processing. Experience with E1/Oracle (JD Edwards) systems is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage EDI orders efficiently

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Care team

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond expectations

  • Enter customer orders accurately and promptly

  • Process credits and returns in a timely manner

  • Track orders to ensure on-time shipping

  • Create and maintain customer service reports and metrics as needed

  • Perform other duties and project work as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer care role

  • Proficiency with E1/Oracle systems

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience with JD Edwards (E1/Oracle) ERP system

  • Up-selling or cross-selling experience

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Excellent data entry and computer skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
