Job Full Description
Job Title: Customer Service & Accounting Assistant (Full-Time)
Schedule: Full-Time | Preferred hours 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional for a full-time hybrid role combining Customer Service, entry-level Accounting, general Office Administration and HR experience. This position offers variety and growth, with responsibilities tailored to the candidate’s strengths and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and basic accounting tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Support general office operations, filing, scanning, and documentation
- Assist with reporting and spreadsheet management
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Basic accounting knowledge or entry-level accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- HR experience
