Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping others find work? We are seeking a motivated and dependable Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team in Torrance.
This is a fast-paced role involving candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, employee support, and client communication. While prior recruiting experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Follow up with candidates and employees regarding assignments
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Build and maintain relationships with employees and clients
- Assist in filling open positions in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Recruiting, customer service, administrative, sales, or staffing experience is a plus
