Job Posting: Quality Control Technician (Temporary)

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (2-3 Month Assignment)

Location: Woodland, CA

Are you detail-oriented, a stickler for safety, and passionate about ensuring top-notch product quality? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Quality Control Technician!

This is a temporary 2-3 month assignment, and you'll play a critical role in making sure our products meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 6 months of Quality Control experience is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and program Critical Control Points (CCP).

    • Maintain food safety and product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

    • Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment.

    • Keep track of record logs and documentation (no detail is too small!).

    • Ensure all recipe guidelines are followed during processing.

    • Educate and enforce Food Safety and SQF standards.

    • Issue disciplinary actions as needed.

    • Perform inspections on products, equipment, and machinery.

    • Collect product samples for production development and lab analysis.

Physical Demands:

Expect to stay active! You’ll regularly need to:

  • Stand, walk, and talk for up to 12 hours a day.

  • Use your hands for handling, feeling, and reaching.

  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly (and up to 75 pounds occasionally).

  • Have great vision for inspections (close, distance, and color vision are key).
