What We’re Looking For
-
Experience in Quality Control within a food manufacturing or food handling environment (at least 8 months preferred).

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
-
Monitor, document, and maintain Critical Control Points (CCP).
-
Ensure food safety and product quality throughout production.
-
Conduct sanitation verifications and allergen testing.
-
Maintain accurate record logs and documentation.
-
Verify adherence to recipe guidelines and production standards.
-
Support and reinforce Food Safety, GMPs, and SQF requirements.
-
Perform product, equipment, and machinery inspections.
-
Collect and label product samples for testing and development.
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to stand, walk, and communicate throughout the shift.
-
Frequent use of hands for handling and inspecting products/equipment.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 75 lbs).
-
Strong visual acuity, including close, distance, and color vision.
